ABOUT THE WEBSITE
The purpose of this website is to advocate for orphans with special needs and to encourage caregivers (whoever they may be) in their care for these children.  This goal will be accomplished by networking individuals, organizations and resources, striving together to provide the best possible care for orphans (and adoptees) with special needs.
ABOUT THE FOUNDER
I have a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, an Associates Degree in Nursing, and training related to the care of children at risk.  I am presently in Europe working on behalf of orphans with special needs.  Since 2002, I have worked in orphanages in Cambodia and Bulgaria and have visited orphanages in Romania and Colombia.
